GDL (Geometric Description Language) is a geometrically descriptive programming language, with the help of which objects are created as a virtual model of reality.
GDL objects are used as library part (or BIM objects) by users of the CAD software ARCHICAD® from the software manufacturer Graphisoft® – a leading manufacturer of architectural BIM-Software.
GDL is open to everyone. Each ArchiCAD license includes GDL as part of the package.
